Located just off the A58 (M) and A65 very close to the heart of the city and offering super access for those looking to enjoy the nightlife of Leeds. It is also nearby to Leeds University.*

There is no such restaurant. Rooms are in self catering apartments, however Continental Breakfasts (if supplement paid on booking) are boxed and left in the fridge for clients prior to check-in. There is a Common Room with comfortable couches and all Sky TV channels, a pool table and a table tennis table. There is also an on-site gym with sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.*

Modern Single and Double en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo).
