The main restaurant is in the part of the Mansion House that was extensively remodelled in the early 20th century by the architects of the Ritz Hotel in London. It's exotic marble panel work and richly coloured fabrics are reminiscent of the Palace of Versailles. Alternatively the brasserie, designed by the distinguished 18th century architect Robert Adams, offers a more informal environment.*
